• Theatrical Sales Associate

    Description

    We are hiring Sales Associates for an exciting and dynamic theatrical event! If you're someone who enjoys high-energy environments, excels in customer service, and wants to be part of a magical experience, this Sales Associate role may be perfect for you. The Sales Associate position is guest-facing, fast-paced, and plays a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    + Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

    + Perform quick and accurate retail transactions using a cash register

    + Maintain a clean, organized kiosk with clearly displayed merchandise

    + Restock merchandise as needed to ensure full availability during shows

    + Lift and transport boxes up to 40 lbs as part of restocking duties

    + Adhere to dress code: black shoes, black pants (event shirt provided)

    + Work in a standing position for up to 5½ hours per shift

    + Follow safety and operational procedures during high-volume traffic

    + Attend a mandatory orientation/training session before your first show

    + Commit to working at least 4 shows per week, with 1 weekend shift preferred

    Requirements

    + Previous experience in retail or similar guest-facing roles

    + Comfortable with cash handling and operating a POS system

    + Excellent verbal communication skills and a naturally friendly demeanor

    + Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

    + Must have strong spatial awareness in narrow kiosk workspaces

    + Must be able to stand, lift, push, pull, and twist throughout shifts

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required

    + Must meet Look guidelines; masks available upon request

    Additional Information:

    + There are 7–8 shows per week; scheduling will be confirmed during orientation

    + Schedule is based on business needs and is not guaranteed

    + Interviews will be conducted via video, with 3 questions provided in advance
