Description We are looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage logistics operations efficiently while maintaining exceptional communication with both customers and internal teams. As a Contract to permanent position, this opportunity offers a pathway to long-term growth within the motor freight forwarding industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the timely closure of bills of lading and ensure all necessary documents are printed and distributed accurately.

• Provide warehouse teams with essential loading documentation to facilitate smooth operations.

• Handle export clearance processes and send out pre-advises and job-to-job updates as required.

• Communicate effectively with the customer service team to address any discrepancies in freight documentation or cargo receipt.

• Update shipment milestones promptly and notify customers of any exceptions or changes in shipment status.

• Support daily operations within the import/export departments to meet customer needs and ensure compliance.

• Maintain organized and complete files with all required documents in the correct sequence.

• Ensure payable and receivable documentation is accurately processed and sent within designated timeframes.

• Trace shipments throughout transit points and provide updates to customer service when necessary.

• Uphold the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity by processing shipment details meticulously. Requirements • Proficiency in business systems, such as CargoWise, CRM, and ERP solutions.

• Strong understanding of customs regulations and billing functions.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams professionally.

• Ability to ensure high-quality data processing and document management.

• Experience in managing logistics operations within the motor freight forwarding industry.

• Capability to handle export clearance and shipment tracing processes efficiently.

• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
