Description We are looking for a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate communication, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct background checks and assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Support benefit administration by handling inquiries and processing enrollments or changes.
• Audit HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and company guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and enhance employee experiences.
• Address employee concerns and questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
• Participate in special HR projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Requirements • Proficiency with HR software systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, and ATS platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, including benefits administration, background checks, and compliance auditing.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with employees, candidates, and leadership.
• Experience in conducting audits and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of HR regulations and best practices.
