Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term growth within the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Record and manage customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Deliver attentive and courteous service to maintain positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve processes.
• Provide relevant information to customers regarding products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize call center systems to document interactions and track progress.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure resolution.
• Stay informed about company policies and procedures to provide accurate assistance. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service.
• Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls.
• Familiarity with order entry systems and procedures.
• Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
