Description We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our team on a contract basis in Tustin, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring work orders are efficiently handled, and providing exceptional support to residents and technicians. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule work orders for maintenance technicians in multiple markets.

• Communicate effectively with residents to set up schedules and provide updates on service requests.

• Monitor and manage occupied technician schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Generate and process purchase orders for technicians across all markets.

• Maintain ongoing communication with field offices regarding technician activities and work progress.

• Ensure all work orders and purchase orders are accurately created and closed in the system.

• Address and resolve issues related to maintenance scheduling and technician assignments.

• Provide support to technicians and residents by handling incoming inquiries and troubleshooting concerns.

• Utilize property management and CRM systems to track work orders and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless coordination of maintenance operations. Requirements • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to type efficiently and accurately.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience in resolving problems and troubleshooting issues.

• Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and other computer programs.

• Prior experience in dispatching and handling work orders.

• Excellent customer service skills, including responding to inbound calls effectively. TalentMatch®
