    Description

    A growing specialty healthcare practice in Vista is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator who can balance patient care, administrative excellence, and operational flow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the central hub of communication and understands how vital organization and empathy are in a patient-facing environment. You will be responsible for creating a smooth, welcoming experience for patients while keeping daily operations running efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Check patients in and out while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

    + Manage appointment scheduling and provider calendars

    + Handle high-volume inbound calls and patient inquiries

    + Verify patient information and maintain accurate records

    + Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

    + Collect payments and explain billing processes when needed

    + Maintain front office organization and compliance standards

    Requirements

    + 2–4 years of front desk or medical administrative experience

    + Strong customer service and communication skills

    + Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

    + Comfort working in fast-paced, patient-facing environments

    + Proficiency with scheduling systems and office software
