    Robert Half currently has a long-term contract to hire opening for an articulate, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing company. This dynamic and creative company offers a stimulating work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the south west, Minnesota region.     + Answer incoming calls and direct guests

    + Process mail, ships materials, duplicate and fax documents

    + Order supplies and equipment

    + Maintain expense reports

    + Keeps process documents up-to-date and maintain accurate filing systems

    + Arrange meetings

    + Input data into software applications

    + Main point of contact for internal and/or external guests

    + Maintain office supply inventory

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of reception experience

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

    + Strong attention to detail
