Description
An electric vehicle infrastructure company is seeking a Legal Contracts Manager to join its Legal team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a high-volume site development and infrastructure contracting function within a fast-growing, asset-heavy organization. The role is fully remote.
Responsibilities
• Review, process, and manage a high volume of site development and infrastructure-related contracts, including ground leases, access agreements, and related real estate documents.
• Analyze contract language, identify key business and legal terms, and support negotiation and standardization efforts for long-term infrastructure assets.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal legal, real estate, and business teams regarding contract interpretation and site-related questions.
• Track and maintain a large contract pipeline, ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and timely execution.
• Prepare, review, and revise site development agreements to support construction, operation, and ongoing maintenance of physical assets.
• Support improvements to contract templates, workflows, and contract management systems (e.g., Salesforce, CMS platforms).
Requirements
Requirements
• Prior experience as a Paralegal or Legal Contracts Manager supporting site development, infrastructure, or real estate contracts (required).
• Strong understanding of lease structures and agreements supporting long-term, asset-based operations.
• Experience managing high-volume contract workflows in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Salesforce and contract management systems preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-facing skills.
Preferred Background
• Experience in infrastructure, renewables, utilities, telecom, energy, oil & gas, or similar asset-heavy industries strongly preferred.
• Exposure to contracts supporting construction, access rights, easements, or ongoing site operations is a plus.
