Description We are looking for a skilled Attorney with expertise in insurance defense to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, including drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and handling arbitrations. This position is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, and offers an excellent opportunity to apply your legal knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

• Conduct depositions and arbitrations, ensuring thorough preparation and effective representation.

• Review and summarize medical records to support case development and strategy.

• Manage discovery processes, including drafting interrogatories and responding to discovery requests.

• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice.

• Conduct legal research and prepare briefings to support litigation efforts.

• Represent clients effectively in court and other legal proceedings as required.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout all case activities.

• Maintain organized case files and documentation for efficient case management. Requirements • Possess a valid license to practice law in Pennsylvania.

• Have 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation.

• Demonstrate expertise in drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.

• Skilled in conducting depositions and arbitrations independently.

• Strong ability to analyze and summarize medical records for case preparation.

• Proficiency in managing discovery processes and handling complex legal matters.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and teams.

• Strong research and analytical skills to support case strategies.
