    Description

    A well-established, full-service law firm in Downtown San Diego is seeking a litigation assistant. This desk will focus on business litigation - in both state and federal court.

     

    This firm has an excellent reputation in the San Diego legal community, and the role will support 3 attorneys.

    Responsibilities:

    o e-filing in state and federal courts (using OneLegal)

    o maintaining and updating 2-3 attorney calendars

    o preparing exhibit and trial/hearing binders

    o typing and preparing pleadings including proofreading

    Requirements

    + 3+ years of litigation experience in CA.

    + Knowledge of local rules and procedures for filing in both California and federal courts. Please do not apply without this!

    + Strong understanding of formatting documents in Word and working knowledge of iManage (strongly preferred).

    + Ability to commute to Downtown San Diego daily.
