Description

We are looking for a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of contracts within a dynamic airline organization based in Denver, Colorado. On-site This role involves maintaining contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and aviation regulations. As a Long-term (6-9 months) Contract position, this opportunity requires expertise in contract lifecycle management platforms and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, executing, amending, and renewing agreements.

• Utilize contract management platforms, such as Icertis, to maintain contract records, workflows, and documentation.

• Analyze and edit contractual language for supplier agreements, service contracts, technology partnerships, and aviation-related contracts.

• Identify and address contractual risks, including liability, compliance, performance, and financial exposure.

• Collaborate with legal teams to negotiate terms and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Ensure all contracts adhere to federal, state, and aviation-specific standards, including safety and data privacy requirements.

• Work closely with compliance teams to support audits, internal reviews, and remediation efforts.

• Act as a liaison between procurement, legal, finance, operations, and vendors to ensure timely contract execution and operational efficiency.

• Implement corporate policies and industry best practices to enhance contract processes and outcomes.

• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract management systems and best practices.

Requirements

+ · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, Aviation Management, or related field.

+ 2–3+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or legal operations.

+ Experience within the airline, aviation, or transportation industry.

+ Hands-on experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools; Icertis experience strongly preferred.

+ Strong understanding of contract structure, language, and risk identification.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

+ High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.

+ Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FAA, DOT, GDPR, SOX, etc.).
