    Description

    An organization Downtown Pittsburgh is in need of a temporary-to-hire Accounts Receivable clerk!

     

    The Accounts Receivable position is 100% onsite.

     

    Parking is not free.

    The Accounts Receivable Specialist would be responsible for the following duties:

    • Process incoming checks and post payments accurately.

    • Research and resolve checks that lack sufficient information to determine proper allocation.

    • Allocate funds appropriately across accounts and transactions.

    • Collaborate with attorneys or other stakeholders to verify payment recipients when necessary.

    • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

    • Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to resolve discrepancies.

     

    The position is Monday through Friday with flexible hours.

    Requirements

    • Some experience in accounts receivable or related financial processes.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

    • Open to entry level candidates but need to have strong communication and technology skills
