Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst I to join our team in Westerville, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in understanding and documenting business processes, translating them into actionable requirements, and supporting project management efforts. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Translate business needs into clear, well-documented requirements for technical and operational teams.

• Prioritize tasks and requirements based on their impact on business objectives and cost considerations.

• Develop resource effort estimates and project plans to support the implementation of requirements.

• Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks associated with projects or systems.

• Facilitate governance and project management activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Manage relationships across teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Utilize negotiation and decision-making skills to address challenges and drive project success.

• Support process automation efforts to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.

• Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, requirements, and resolutions. Requirements • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

• Strong skills in planning and project management.

• Proficiency in documenting and translating business requirements into actionable plans.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to align with business goals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of process automation and issue resolution techniques.

• Strong relationship management and negotiation abilities.

• Familiarity with governance and project lifecycle processes.
