    Description

    The AR/Billing Analyst is responsible for preparing accurate and timely bills for commercial clients, providing analytical reporting, troubleshooting billing errors and assisting clients. This fast-paced role involves collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.

     

    Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

     

    Start Date: Early January

     

    Pay Range: $33–$38/hour

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare and process accurate billing for commercial clients.

    + Perform data analysis and reporting to support billing accuracy.

    + Collaborate with internal teams and external utilities to resolve discrepancies.

    + Utilize Microsoft Dynamics GP and Excel for billing and reconciliation tasks.

    + Support the Billing and Accounting team with ad hoc projects and reporting.

    Requirements

    + Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, file comparisons).

    + Willingness to learn SQL and Microsoft Dynamics GP.

    + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

    + Excellent communication skills for internal and client interactions.

    + Ability to manage high-volume billing with accuracy.
