Job Title: Reporting Analyst (TEMP)

Duration: 90-day temporary assignment with strong potential for temp-to-hire

Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 annually (DOE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst for a temporary, onsite role in Oklahoma City. This position will focus heavily on financial reporting and advanced Excel-based analysis. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, Excel-savvy, and comfortable building and maintaining complex spreadsheets to support business and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports using Excel

+ Convert raw financial data into accurate, well-structured, and complex spreadsheets

+ Maintain, update, and validate reporting models and dashboards

+ Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports

+ Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting needs and ad-hoc analysis

+ Identify trends, variances, and discrepancies within financial data

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

+ Strong Excel experience required (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)

+ Experience with financial reporting and data analysis

+ High attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Prior reporting or analyst experience in a finance or accounting environment

+ Experience working in a temporary or contract role with high expectations for performance
