Description We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in overseeing financial processes, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting audits. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities with a focus on meeting deadlines.

• Perform detailed account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies effectively.

• Maintain and oversee the integrity of the general ledger through regular reviews and updates.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulatory standards.

• Assist in both internal and external audits, preparing and organizing necessary documentation.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Supervise and mentor entry level accounting staff, providing guidance and support. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

• Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
