    Key Responsibilities

    + Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and audits

    + Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products

    + Track inventory movements, discrepancies, and adjustments in the system

    + Organize and label products to ensure efficient storage and easy retrieval

    + Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations

    + Prepare orders for shipment and assist with picking, packing, and staging of products

    + Collaborate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to support daily operations

    + Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred

    + Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed (typically up to 50 lbs)

    + Good communication and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team
