    Description We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a contract-to-permanent position that requires a detail-oriented individual to handle high-volume invoice processing and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping. The role offers an excellent opportunity for growth while working in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process a high volume of invoices weekly, using three-way matching to ensure accuracy.

    • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently.

    • Post cash transactions and reconcile invoices to maintain accurate financial records.

    • Perform data entry tasks related to invoice coding and approvals.

    • Utilize JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software for accounting operations.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial documents.

    • Conduct regular cash reconciliations to support financial reporting.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

    • Work closely with the manufacturing team to align financial processes with operational needs.

    • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data promptly. Requirements • Associate degree in Accounting or a related field is required.

    • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in accounting roles.

    • Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

    • Strong knowledge of invoice processing, including three-way matching.

    • Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software is preferred.

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

    • Ability to manage high volumes of transactions with attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with financial operations within a manufacturing environment is a plus.
