    Description

    We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This position sits at our front desk and helps maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere while supporting key AR/AP functions.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Process accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions

    + Apply cash receipts and post payments to bank accounts

    + Enter vouchers accurately into our accounting system

    + Assist with front-desk responsibilities: greeting visitors and fielding calls

    + Support day-to-day accounting operations and maintain confidential records

    + Collaborate with a small, quiet team of 12–15 employees

    Requirements

    + 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AR/AP and cash applications

    + Familiarity with accounting systems (Prophet 21 experience is a plus—but not required)

    + Detail-oriented and highly organized

    + Professional and courteous communication skills

    + Ability to work on site daily
