    Description

    We are seeking a Temporary Loan Servicing Agent with hands-on Black Knight MSP experience to support a short-term implementation and operational initiative. This role will focus on Black Knight MSP setup, configuration, and servicing workflow alignment, while also assisting with day-to-day loan servicing activities as needed.

     

    This is a project-driven, temporary role intended to provide immediate expertise during implementation and stabilization.

     

    + Support temporary implementation and configuration of Black Knight MSP, including task queues, workflows, and status codes.

    + Assist with mapping, coding, testing, and validation to align servicing processes with MSP functionality.

    + Perform interim loan servicing activities in MSP such as payment posting, escrow support, and exception handling.

    + Troubleshoot issues, document processes, and provide knowledge transfer at project close.

    Requirements

    + Black Knight MSP experience (required).

    + Prior experience supporting MSP implementation, conversion, or system setup.

    + Strong working knowledge of loan servicing operations.

    + Experience configuring task queues, workflows, and status codes.

    + Ability to step in quickly and operate with minimal ramp-up.

    + Proven experience in loan administration, mortgage servicing, or related fields.

    + Strong knowledge of escrow management, including tax and insurance disbursements.

    + Proficiency in analyzing data and performing audits to identify discrepancies and improve processes.
