    Description

    Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions and ensuring accuracy across all accounting records.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers

    + Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

    + Prepare and reconcile bank and credit card statements

    + Assist with payroll processing and related filings

    + Generate financial reports for management review

    + Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

    + Maintain organized financial records, both electronic and physical

    + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies

    Requirements

    + Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

    + Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all tasks
