    Description

    Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking a Receptionist/Accounting Clerk to join a busy and well-established company. This role opened because of an internal promotion and offers a great opportunity for someone with strong office experience and a polished, professional demeanor to grow within the organization. The company is actively interviewing and ready to hire immediately.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    Process daily deposits (approximately 1,200 checks/month) using a remote scanner

     

    Code incoming checks and accounts payable invoices by property number

     

    Send delinquency notices to clients or tenants

     

    Open and distribute incoming mail

     

    Greet and direct guests in a professional and friendly manner

     

    Support general office functions as needed

    Requirements:

    2+ years of general office experience

     

    Proficiency with Skyline software preferred

     

    Excellent spoken grammar and a pleasant phone voice

     

    Strong attention to numerical accuracy

     

    Professional appearance and demeanor

     

    Must be able to navigate stairs to reach the second floor

    Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of general office experience, demonstrating strong administrative skills.

     

    • Familiarity with Skyline software is preferred but not required.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

    • Well-groomed appearance and strong communication skills.

    • Ability to navigate stairs to access the second floor.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry tasks.

    • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.
