    Description

    We are looking for a dependable Staff Accountant to join our accounting team and support core financial operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working across multiple accounting functions.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

    + Prepare journal entries and support monthly close activities

    + Assist with financial reporting and internal analysis

    + Support AP and AR processes, including invoice review and payment posting

    + Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards

    + Assist with audit requests and documentation

    + Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and GAAP

    + Partner with internal teams to resolve accounting issues

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

    + 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience

    + Working knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices

    + Experience using accounting software or ERP systems

    + Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills

     

    Nice to Have

     

    + Month-end close experience

    + Experience in [industry]

    + CPA or CPA-track background
