Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role involves accurately inputting and managing data to ensure the integrity of our records. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and be comfortable working with computers and databases.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update information into designated systems with precision and attention to detail.

• Verify the accuracy of data to ensure consistency and reliability.

• Manage electronic records and organize files for easy access and retrieval.

• Perform regular audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.

• Follow established guidelines and procedures to maintain data integrity.

• Assist in preparing reports by gathering and organizing relevant data.

• Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to data entry systems.

• Stay up-to-date with tools and best practices for efficient data entry. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.

• Proficient typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.

• Familiarity with computer systems and data entry software.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.

• Knowledge of numeric data entry and related procedures.

• Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.
