Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Clerk to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will handle a variety of billing and invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and mail invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.

• Collect and organize necessary documentation for each client to support billing processes.

• Assist with invoice processing, ensuring all information is reconciled and accurate.

• Manage credit card transactions and ensure proper record-keeping.

• Provide support for accounts receivable tasks, including tracking payments and resolving discrepancies.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to compile and analyze financial data effectively.

• Conduct regular reviews of billing data to identify and resolve errors.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline billing and reconciliation processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Requirements • Proven experience in billing or invoicing roles, preferably in a detail-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.

• Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and procedures.

• Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

• Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals.
