Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team in Washington, Pennsylvania. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing functions and familiarity with computerized systems.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate billing statements to clients in a timely manner.

• Manage billing collections and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Maintain and update billing systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.

• Assist in reconciling discrepancies and resolving billing-related inquiries.

• Ensure all billing processes align with company policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members to improve billing workflows and efficiency.

• Generate reports related to billing activities and provide insights to management.

• Utilize computerized billing systems effectively to streamline operations.

• Monitor accounts for overdue payments and communicate with customers as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in billing functions or a similar role.

• Proficiency in computerized billing systems and related software.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage collections and resolve payment issues effectively.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

• Familiarity with financial reporting and data analysis.

• Knowledge of billing policies and procedures.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
