    Description We are looking for a skilled Billing Clerk to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a detail-oriented services environment by ensuring accurate billing processes and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to managing invoices, credit memos, and customer accounts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and issue invoices to customers with precision and efficiency.

    • Generate monthly customer account statements to ensure up-to-date billing information.

    • Maintain and update customer files, recording all issued invoices and relevant details.

    • Process credit memos accurately, ensuring proper documentation and adjustments.

    • Input invoices into customer invoicing web platforms, adhering to system requirements. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.

    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and team members.

    • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all billing-related tasks.

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities.

    • Quick adaptability to new systems and technologies used in billing and accounting operations.
