    Description

    Join our team as a Financial Analyst and play a key role in supporting business growth through in-depth financial analysis and data-driven recommendations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about finance, analytics, and strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and identify trends to support company decision-making

    + Develop, implement, and maintain key financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and planning

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives and provide insightful recommendations

    + Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with variance analysis

    + Monitor KPIs and generate management reports for senior leadership

    + Research industry trends and economic conditions that may impact company performance

    + Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills

    + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
