    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk. This candidate will play a key role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Your expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and your attention to detail will be invaluable in maintaining efficient accounting operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage accounts payable processes, including verifying invoices and handling payments.

    • Oversee accounts receivable tasks such as tracking incoming payments and reconciling accounts.

    • Enter data efficiently and accurately into accounting systems.

    • Process invoices in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with company policies.

    • Monitor financial transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless accounting operations.

    • Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.

    Requirements

    • Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

    • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

    • Ability to process invoices and maintain compliance with company standards.

    • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

    • Strong analytical abilities for resolving financial discrepancies.

    • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
