    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Huntington Beach, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume invoice processing and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. This is a Contract to permanent opportunity that offers the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process a large volume of invoices weekly, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

    • Perform 3-way matching and verify purchase orders to ensure compliance.

    • Accurately enter invoices into the financial system.

    • Assist with check runs and manage expense reports.

    • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounts payable processes.

    • Utilize AP automation tools to improve workflow and efficiency.

    • Ensure all transactions adhere to company policies and guidelines.

    • Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.

     

    Requirements • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable roles.

     

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; experience in manufacturing is a plus.

    • Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software is highly desirable.

    • Knowledge of AP automation tools, such as Medius, preferred.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.

    • Effective communication skills for vendor and team interactions.
