Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Framingham, Massachusetts, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical financial operations, including global consolidations and advanced financial analysis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently to deliver insights and support key decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including balance sheet reviews and profit-and-loss evaluations.

• Perform global consolidations to ensure accurate reporting across multiple regions.

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning.

• Analyze variances to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute ad hoc financial projects and deliver tailored solutions.

• Utilize Excel to manage financial data efficiently.

• Prepare and present reports to support executive decision-making processes.

• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all financial records.

• Provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and streamline operations.

• Support compliance with internal and external financial reporting standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably at a senior level.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and variance analysis.

• Expertise in advanced Excel functions.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Solid understanding of balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and global financial consolidations.

• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; advanced certifications are a plus.
