Description
We are looking for an experienced Part-Time HR Consultant to join a dynamic healthcare company located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the organization's workforce, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
• Manage bi-weekly payroll processes with precision and timeliness.
• Oversee onboarding procedures, including organizing orientations and ensuring accurate completion of required documents.
• Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate benefit administration activities, including working with brokers and executing open enrollment plans.
• Ensure HR compliance by staying updated on regulations and implementing necessary policies.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including counseling and addressing concerns.
• Support disciplinary processes and employee assistance programs as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Utilize HR systems and tools, such as Microsoft Outlook and Teams, to streamline workflows.
• Deliver high-quality service by maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
Requirements • Minimum of two years of experience in HR administration, with familiarity in payroll and onboarding.
• Proficient in ADP payroll systems and general HR tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work proactively in diverse environments.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and experience managing open enrollment processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other essential computer applications.
• Proven ability to effectively counsel and support employees in various HR matters.
