Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Bloomington, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee key financial processes including month-end close, general ledger management, and account reconciliation. Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to accounting standards.

• Conduct financial statement audits with precision and attention to compliance requirements.

• Reconcile accounts regularly to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare and review journal entries to support accounting transactions and financial integrity.

• Utilize Sage Intacct and other general ledger systems to manage financial data effectively.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline financial operations and improve efficiencies.

• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies. Requirements • Proven experience in month-end close processes and general ledger management.

• Strong knowledge of financial statement audits and account reconciliation.

• Proficiency in journal entries and maintaining accounting accuracy.

• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct or similar general ledger systems.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with accounting principles and compliance standards.

• Effective communication and organizational skills to collaborate with teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
