Description We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with expertise in shopper marketing and experiential projects to join our team in Farmingdale, New York. This role involves overseeing complex initiatives such as 3D designs, window displays, pop-ups, and experiential events tailored to high-end clientele. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organization, and leadership to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for experiential campaigns, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with designers and vendors to create visually impactful 3D displays and window installations.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into innovative experiential marketing solutions.
• Supervise budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Oversee production and installation processes to guarantee high-quality results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Identify and resolve challenges proactively to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and experiential marketing standards.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to summarize project outcomes and performance metrics. Requirements • Proven experience in project management, particularly in experiential marketing, 3D design, and window displays.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in planning and executing high-end experiential events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with industry trends and innovative marketing techniques.
