Description We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our team in Houston, Texas. This contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to craft innovative branding strategies and deliver exceptional visual designs for a variety of industries, including hospitality, commercial real estate, and skincare. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to merge creative vision with business insights, ensuring impactful branding solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling brand concepts and strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.

• Design and create visual assets, including brochures, packaging, and multimedia content, that elevate brand identity.

• Conduct research and analysis to understand client brands and develop designs that reflect their values and goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders through kick-off meetings to establish creative direction and project scope.

• Produce high-quality environmental graphics and digital designs tailored to vacant spaces and commercial environments.

• Build and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all branded content and messaging.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to execute design projects.

• Create architectural and environmental layouts that enhance brand presence and visual appeal.

• Lead the development of branded content for campaigns and activations, ensuring cohesive messaging.

• Stay updated on design trends and industry standards to deliver fresh and innovative ideas. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and branding.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of brand building, messaging, and activation strategies.

• Experience designing for hospitality, skincare, and commercial real estate industries.

• Ability to create environmental and architectural graphics that align with brand aesthetics.

• Skilled in multimedia and packaging design, with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and research skills to understand client needs and present ideas effectively.
