    Role Overview

     

    We are seeking a high-caliber Web Content Writer to join our team as a strategic storyteller and subject matter expert. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial technology and engaging narrative, specifically focusing on the banking sector and API integrations.

     

    The ideal candidate is a "hybrid" creative—equally comfortable crafting 20-page white papers as they are writing punchy, high-conversion ad copy. As this is a collaborative environment, we are looking for someone who thrives in face-to-face brainstorming sessions and can partner closely with stakeholders at our San Francisco office.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Long-Form Strategy: Research and write high-impact white papers, ebooks, and thought leadership pieces that position the brand as an industry authority in banking and fintech.

    + Multimedia Copywriting: Develop and edit compelling video scripts and storyboard narratives for digital campaigns.

    + Short-Form & Performance Copy: Create "snappy" headlines, social media copy, and digital ad content designed to drive engagement.

    + SEO Optimization: Apply SEO best practices across all web content to ensure maximum visibility and organic reach.

    + Stakeholder Collaboration: Attend in-person meetings (Tues–Thurs) to translate complex technical requirements (including API functionality) into clear, benefit-driven messaging.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills

     

    + Industry Expertise: Proven background in Banking or Financial Services is required. You must understand the nuances of the industry and be comfortable discussing APIs and technical infrastructure.

    + Versatile Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of long-form thought leadership and short-form marketing copy.

    + Editorial Eye: Exceptional editing skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across various platforms.

    + Technical Literacy: Familiarity with SEO tools and the ability to grasp technical product specs quickly.

    + Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for face-to-face collaboration with executives and product managers.

     

    Schedule & Logistics

     

    + Hybrid Work: This role requires you to be onsite in Atlanta GA three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

    + Flexibility: We offer flexible working hours. Please note our core leadership collaboration window is typically between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
