    We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee client accounts, ensuring their needs are met while delivering exceptional service and results. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, leveraging their marketing expertise and relationship management skills to drive success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

    • Collaborate closely with project managers, strategists, creative teams, and developers to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.

    • Lead website design and development projects for clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.

    • Develop and deliver impactful presentations, effectively communicating strategies and results to stakeholders across industries.

    • Maintain strong organizational skills, ensuring all client inputs are accurately translated into actionable plans.

    • Work independently or within a team structure to manage diverse projects while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

    • Utilize project management software and tools to track progress and ensure alignment with client objectives.

    • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, focusing on trust and long-term collaboration.

    • Stay up-to-date on B2B and B2C marketing trends, applying insights to enhance client strategies.

    • Demonstrate leadership and initiative in continuously improving processes and productivity

     

    Requirements • At least 4-5 years of experience in marketing, account management, business development, or consulting.

     

    • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, preferably within a marketing or digital agency.

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, and development professionals.

    • Strong background in managing website design and development projects.

    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with business leaders.

    • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong listening skills and the ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.

    • Proficiency in project management software, word processing, and spreadsheet tools.
