We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead financial operations for a growing organization in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and expertise in financial planning, modeling, and analysis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Direct month-end financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Develop and manage the organization’s budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Create detailed financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Oversee corporate financial planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Utilize tools like Adaptive Insights to streamline and enhance financial operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations.

• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior leadership.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

• Lead initiatives to optimize financial processes and systems.

Requirements • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.

• Proficiency in using tools such as Adaptive Insights for financial operations.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Demonstrated expertise in corporate financial planning and strategy.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

• Exceptional communication skills for working with internal teams and leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
