Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and manage all aspects of the HR department. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, this role is pivotal to ensuring the organization’s policies, practices, and talent strategies align with business objectives and comply with legal standards. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership abilities and a strong background in employee relations, compliance, and talent management.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop staffing, retention, and recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Administer human resource programs such as compensation, benefits, leave, and performance management to support employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws by reviewing and updating policies and practices as needed.
• Conduct research and analyze organizational trends, leveraging HR metrics and systems to inform decision-making.
• Monitor workplace morale and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and recognition.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring and talent acquisition strategies.
• Facilitate comprehensive development and training programs to support staff growth and certification.
• Stay informed on HR best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to keep the organization ahead in talent management. Requirements
• Experience with Paycom
Proven expertise in employee relations, compliance risk management, and executive collaboration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Paycom.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on multi-site operations or scaling organizations.
