Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our client's team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will analyze financial data, provide insights to support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the operational efficiency of the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in financial modeling and data analysis within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed financial analyses, including variance assessments and revenue cycle evaluations, to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and refine financial models to support strategic initiatives and operational planning.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific financial questions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract and interpret complex financial and operational datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and streamline processes.
• Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support long-term planning.
• Evaluate physician practice finances and provide insights for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance financial strategies.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
• At least two years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector, with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with data mining techniques and advanced analytical tools.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights and recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of physician practice finance is highly desirable.
