    Description

    We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our client's team in Brecksville, Ohio. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records, managing billing processes, and ensuring detailed reconciliation of accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process consultant tickets to accurately translate fees, mileage, and other expenses into monthly bills.

    • Prepare and send invoices.

    • Collaborate with external accounting firms to manage financial tasks that require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Handle accounts payable tasks with precision and timeliness.

    • Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.

    • Compile and submit expense reports for approval.

    • Audit financial reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.

    • Manage vendor accounts, including overseeing payments and maintaining relationships.

    • Ensure all payment requests are accurate and align with approval guidelines.

    • Assist with payroll management when necessary.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.

    • Experience in QuickBooks Online is a MUST

    • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

    • Exceptional attention to detail.

    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    • Strong organizational skills.
