Fund & Management Company Accounting Manager
Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for precision and process improvement? We’re seeking a Fund & Management Company Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and fund accounting for a dynamic investment firm. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and innovation, supporting transformative companies across technology sectors.

What You’ll Do
+ Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management.
+ Lead monthly and quarterly closes and prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
+ Manage expense allocations across entities and drive automation initiatives.
+ Coordinate tax filings, audits, and investor reporting processes.
+ Maintain fund accounting ledgers, including capital calls, distributions, and investment transactions.
+ Partner with fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
+ Support valuation analysis and portfolio performance reporting.

What We’re Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
+ 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, MUST be from another fund firm or investment management.
+ Strong knowledge of GAAP, partnership accounting, and fund structures.
+ Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and expense management tools; experience with Investran or Bill.com a plus.
+ Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
+ Proven ability to improve processes and implement system enhancements.
