Senior Accountant

What You’ll Do

+ Perform complex operational accounting tasks and prepare detailed general ledger reconciliations.

+ Lead month-end close activities, including variance analysis and process improvements.

+ Prepare financial reports, technical accounting memos, and audit-ready documentation.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accounting insights and strategic support.

+ Drive automation and efficiency enhancements using tools such as BlackLine.

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: 7+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or internal controls.

Expertise: Strong command of GAAP with hands‑on experience in reconciliations.

Industry Background :Experience in financial institutions strongly preferred; public accounting is a plus.

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with tools such as Jira or Snowflake is beneficial.

Core Competencies: Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities with precision.
