Description

We are looking for a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and operations for our organization in Seattle, Washington. This role demands hands-on leadership and expertise in the healthcare industry, ensuring the company’s financial health while driving sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals and industry standards.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Provide leadership for financial planning and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

• Manage key relationships with external partners, including auditors, insurers, and vendors.

• Lead presentations to stakeholders and board members, effectively communicating financial insights and recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial policies.

• Collaborate with other departments to integrate financial strategies into overall business plans.

• Supervise and mentor a small team, fostering growth and efficiency.

• Identify and address opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation.

• Drive initiatives to enhance financial systems and processes, ensuring scalability and reliability.

The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $230,000 + bonus.

Requirements • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader within the healthcare industry.

• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or business administration (MBA or CPA preferred).

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and financial systems.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience managing financial operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges.

• Familiarity with financial systems and tools relevant to the healthcare sector.
