Overview
**Factory Location** : Ontario, CA
**Compensation:** $26.83 / hour
**Shift differential** : 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities
+ Assist employees and leadership on employee work schedule creation and communication
+ Manage Operations employee work schedule, be the point of contact for all EEs and resources for work schedules
+ Manage overtime programs to ensure factory is staffed to the standard
+ Work closely with planning, operations resources to ensure timely communication on crewing
+ Keep track of all EE vacations and coverages
+ New hire orientation
+ Identify crewing needs timely to operations leadership and provide plans for hiring and training
+ Lead operations performance tracking (i.e.: attendance, Skill Matrix/role qualification, SBO, etc.)
+ Lead the Factory attendance policy, keep tracks of all types of absence, and provide periodic report out to leadership
+ Manage Master EE List, and related communications to all related parties
+ Organize schedule for employee first day (i.e. Communicate to organization, provide support to New Hire Orientation, etc.)
+ Track employee turnover and provide reporting as requested
+ Set up and track new hire trainings and follow up on the progress to ensure training completion
+ Assist with communication of information to employees at factory wide meetings
+ Support factory training needs (Safety, Quality, etc.)
+ Audit time keeping system to ensure time adjustment request are validate
+ Leader of the production confirmation (SAM/SAP)
+ Report to HR
+ Other special projects/duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ 5 years - experience working with Microsoft Suite
+ Prior production administration experience preferred
+ Proficieny with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP (and Internet)
+ Excellent organization and documentation skills
+ Ability to prioritize and manage changing responsibilities
+ Demonstrated experience dealing with confidential and proprietary information
