Description
The Environmental Services Supervisor oversees Lake Region Healthcare housekeeping activities to ensure that our facilities provide an exceptionally clean and safe environment for our employees, patients and visitors. He/she supervises and assigns tasks to our EVS/Housekeeping staff, provides training, monitors inventory and performs housekeeping duties throughout the facilities. The Supervisor reports to the enterprise-wide Environmental Services Director.
Shifts:
P/M shifts, 80 hours biweekly
Compensation:
Hourly Wage Range: $24.99 - $31.99. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications
Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities.
+ Education/Special Skills: High school graduate or equivalent. A broad knowledge of cleaning procedures as related to hospitals and clinics preferred.
+ Licensure/Certification: Valid MN motor vehicle operator's license.
+ Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
+ Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.
+ Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required.
