    **Salary:** Up to $92,000/ annually

     

    BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a **Bilingual Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse Clinical Manager** to lead our Assistive Care State Programs office in Elizabeth, NJ. This role blends leadership, clinical oversight, and meaningful one-on-one client impact to clients of all ages throughout **Union County.**

    Responsibilities for a RN Clinical Manager:

    + Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.

    + Provide clinical oversight for assistive care state program clients throughout **Union County**

    + Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans

    + Supervise, mentor, and support Home Health Aides in the field

    + Facilitate new hire orientation.

    + Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

    Qualifications for a RN Clinical Manager:

    + Active RN license

    + 2+ years of RN experience

    + Spanish fluency required

    + Home care or supervisory experience preferred, not required
