    BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of **Clinical Nurse Manager** for our **Greensboro, NC** Habilitation office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout the **Greensboro area.**

     

    As a Clinical Manager your day may look like this!

     

    + Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.

    + Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.

    + Supervise the habilitation tech staff in the field.

    + Facilitate new hire orientation.

    + Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

    + Collaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, Hab Techs and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan

    + Make regular client visits, as per policy, to evaluate client progress and to monitor that client services are implemented according to the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan and the service definitions

    + Evaluate the progress of goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan

    + Maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators

    + Carry out supervision of Habilitation Technicians according to policy and procedure and as mandated by state regulation

    + **If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, this could be your dream job!**

    + Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.

    + 2+ years of experience working with the IDD Population (Qualified Professional)

    + Supervisory experience preferred but not required
