    Title – Sr. Project Manager (Construction)

     

    Position – Contract (12+ Months)

     

    Location – Hybrid/Washington,D.C.

     

    Rate - $Open(Best Possible)

    Job Description:

    + Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education and work experience.

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from PMI.

    + Detailed oriented with a construction background.

    + Strong contract management skills, as it relates to performing closeout of projects from general contractors.

    + Demonstrated financial skills (budget management, financial reporting) for departmental level.

    + Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service.

    + Effectiveness of working diplomatically across teams with varying objectives.

    + Strong oral and written communication skills across all levels.
