    Description

    JOB FUNCTION: Process and schedule clients lead-based paint hazard audits and perform routine office tasks.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

    + Process clients placing information in system and determining income eligibility

    + Coordinate with Program Manager and Program Coordinator in scheduling all appointments with contractors

    + Coordinate and attend outreach events

    + Assist Program Coordinator in relocation of households when necessary

    + Assist Program Coordinator in scheduling moderate levels of repair when necessary

    + Assist Program Coordinator in maintaining client waiting list

    + Answer incoming phone calls; processing reports and other documents, when necessary; basic filing;

    + Attend required conferences and training sessions.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Valid driver's license

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Intermediate computer skills

    + Ability to use office equipment

    + Customer service and telephone skills.
